Head Nurse Class in Animal Hospital: Robux Perks Guide

The Head Nurse is what the humble Nurse grows up into, sold for Robux instead of coins. It is one of only two premium classes in Animal Hospital, alongside the Secret Agent, and its pitch is simple: skip the Nurse’s entire leveling curve, then keep going.

Perks and Upgrades

At level 1 the Head Nurse grants three additional inventory spaces, which is exactly the coin Nurse’s maxed level 3 perk. Level 2 stacks a bonus 10% starting Sanity on top. Level 3 unlocks the class’s signature: the Special Technique, which lets you treat a patient by giving them all the necessary medications in your inventory at once.

LevelPerk
1+3 inventory spaces (6 total slots)
2+3 inventory, plus bonus 10% Sanity at the start of the game
3+3 inventory, +10% Sanity, plus the Special Technique: treat a patient with all needed medications from your inventory at once

Notice how the perks feed each other. Six slots let you carry a full multi-item prescription, and the Special Technique then delivers that whole prescription in a single interaction.

Cost and How to Get It

The Head Nurse is Robux-only, and the price varies by region, so check the shop yourself rather than trusting any single quoted number. You buy it in the same place as every class: the lobby class shop, via the Classes button on the left of your screen or the yellow circle next to the ambulance, left of spawn. Because it costs no Animal Coins, your coin income (2 per treated patient, 0.5 per rejected anomaly) stays free for skins and other classes. Leveling still takes the standard 200 EXP to level 2 and 850 more to level 3, earned through check-ins and treatments.

Playing the Head Nurse Well

  • Load full prescriptions in one trip. Grab every item a patient needs from the racks, walk in once, and at level 3 deliver it all with the Special Technique. Fewer trips means less hallway exposure and faster room turnover.
  • Master the treatment items first. An inventory-centric class multiplies whatever supply knowledge you already have, and misdelivered items are the main way treatments go wrong.
  • Reserve slots for survival. Even while hauling medications, six slots leave room for a defensive item and a coffee. Coffee’s 15 Sanity per cup and chocolate’s 60 remain your lifeline, since this class only cushions your starting bar; the ongoing economy is covered in the sanity guide.
  • Treat fast during ambulance events. Timed critical patients are where single-interaction treatment genuinely saves lives.

Is It Worth Real Money?

On the tier list the Head Nurse sits comfortably in A tier. It is the best pure-utility class in the game, and it makes the 20-coin Nurse fully obsolete the moment you own it. The reason it is not S tier is that it optimizes workflow rather than survival: the Psychologist warps the Sanity economy and the Secret Agent handles threats directly, while the Head Nurse just makes an already-good player smoother. If you enjoy the treatment role and do not mind spending Robux, it is an easy recommendation.
