Animal Hospital Skins: How to Get Them & Full List

What Skins Are

Skins are redesigns and alternate versions of the class character models. They grant zero gameplay advantage — the perks come from the class itself, the skin only changes how you look during the run. You buy them with Animal Coins in the same lobby class shop where classes are sold.

One quirk of the game’s art history: when the July 10, 2026 update redesigned several class models, every redesigned class kept its debut look as a classic skin. If you preferred the old models, they never left.

”Codes for Skins” — No Such Thing

A lot of players search for skin codes. There are none: Animal Hospital has no code-redemption system at all, so no skin has ever been unlockable by code. The only currencies are Animal Coins and Robux. Details on the codes page.

Which Classes Have Skins

The community wiki maintains skin galleries for Intern, Nurse, Secretary, Psychologist, Doctor, Security, Head Nurse, Surgeon and Secret Agent. The Firefighter is documented as the only class without a skin so far.

Exact coin prices per skin are not consistently documented on the community wiki, so we do not list numbers we cannot verify — check the shop in-game for current prices.

Earning Coins for Skins

Skins compete with classes for the same Animal Coin wallet. The honest earning routes:

  • 2 coins per patient treated, 0.5 per anomaly rejected, 0.5 per visitor admitted.
  • End-of-shift payouts scale with your rating — the Excellent rating guide covers maximizing them.
  • The Journal pays one-time coin rewards for logging anomalies, NPCs and achievements.

Priority advice: buy the classes you want first. A skin on a class you never play is dead coins; a Psychologist or a Secretary upgrade changes every run.
